Duties&Responsibilities As a Cloud Engineer/Azure Expert, you will be responsible for managing virtual infrastructure, supporting Cloud migrations, and providing Tier 2 support for our Azure-based software platform. This role requires excellent knowledge and experience with virtual machines and a deep understanding of Azure services. Additionally, you will be involved in developing documentation for white-labelled Azure-based tools and troubleshooting any bugs or issues that arise on the platform. You will manage Virtual Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain virtual infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability, support Cloud Migrations: Assist in planning and executing Cloud migrations for clients, leveraging Azure services, do Tier 2 Support: Provide technical support to clients, addressing issues related to our Azure-based software platform and resolving escalated tickets, do documentation Development: Develop comprehensive documentation for our white-labeled Azure-based tools, including setup guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices, do Bug Fixing: Identify and troubleshoot bugs or issues on our Azure-based software platform, working closely with the development team to implement solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure the smooth operation of our Cloud services.
