You would need to have at least 5yrs recruitment experience, have a good acumen for business and business processes and preverbally been to the university of life. I'm looking for someone who has worked on CRMS and ATSs and has a good working knowledge of SA legislation and contracts. This job is selling but also requires client management. I'm looking for someone who is capable of been a big biller but also someone who can mange people as you will be part of a 10-person team been trained to manage and train 5-10 less experience Recruiter and EOR specialist once you are useful in your role as Recruitment and EOR specialist. If you are a sales legend, have recruitment and management experience then this role is for you. You will receive training and assistance in your first 3 months. I wont even look at your CV if you are a job hopper or if you have not been successful as a recruiter. You will make commission off your placements and commission of your EOR employees, and once successful you will also make a percentage of your teams turnover.
