You will improving machining methods by using CAM software and off-the-shelf tooling, minimize set-up time, set the machine as per drawing specification, ensure cycle time on paperwork is achieved, replace worn tools, reduce scrap levels, and achieve hourly targets. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents, and all measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with a variety of machining processes, including milling, turning, TURN-MILL. Strong knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens machine controls. Experience with CAM software (Exp.
