Job Type: Permanent Workplace: Onsite Location: Cape Town Basic salary : R22,000 per month Requirements Swedish speaker with professional fluency Proactive and performing well under pressure Excellent attention to details Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training Matric or higher Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools FSB registered – a big bonus Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage Responsibilities Claims services. Replying to incoming email enquiries Communication&claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims. Efficient ‘start to end’ claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
