RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-day management of PPC advertising campaigns: Oversee and manage PPC campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, App, Performance Max, and Video Campaigns), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Twitter), and App advertising on other platforms (e.g. Apple App Store). Ensure adherence to best practices and optimisation techniques for each platform to maximise campaign performance. Effective budget management: Handle large-scale budgets across Paid Media platforms, ensuring efficient allocation and optimisation to meet campaign objectives. Monitor spending closely on a daily basis, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency within allocated budgets. Test planning and execution: Develop and propose testing strategies to drive ongoing performance improvements. Execute tests and experiments to optimise campaign elements such as ad creative, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies. Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor advertising performance metrics daily- tracking KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Assist in the generation and maintenance of accurate reporting, collaborating on reporting projects to provide insights to stakeholders. KPI delivery: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Paid Media KPIs, aligning efforts with overarching business goals and objectives. QUALIFICATIONS&SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Paid Media position. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and experience in App advertising and Meta platforms are required. Familiarity with additional platforms such as TikTok, Doubleclick Search, Doubleclick Bid Manager, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Doubleclick For Publishers, Tag Management Platform, Firebase, Instagram, Twitter, Programmatic Buying, and Native/Content advertising is beneficial. Certifications in AdWords, Google Analytics, GTM, and YouTube/Video are advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in Retail and/or eCommerce is highly beneficial.
