As a Senior IT Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and networks. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, leading IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT engineers. Lead IT projects, including hardware and software upgrades, system migrations, and network enhancements. Analyze system requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support new technologies. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies.
