Hire Resolve is currently working with a well-established Chemical Manufacturing company in search of a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join their team. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the operations of multiple manufacturing facilities within the designated area Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product integrity Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues Manage inventory levels and production planning to meet customer demand Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field Proven experience in a similar role within the Chemical Manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems Flexibility to travel within the designated area as needed Benefits Salary: salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Car Allowance Pension Medical Aid Company Cell Phone Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
