Translates business challenges into actionable analysis initiatives Provides pro-active and reactive support to management Filters input from team into business intelligence Responsible for building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and business partners Directs and manages a small team of between 2 and 8 analysts/ data miners. Compiles 1-year detailed plan for team activities, based on broader business plan. Liaises with other business units and stakeholders and has ability to build strong working relationships across the organisation.
