The Technical Product Owner defines the why, who, and what why it is worthwhile to developa product, who it is for, and what features it should contain. The Product Owner owns a productin its entirety and is responsible for strategic and tactical product decisions.The Technical Product Owner plays a crucial role in driving the development and delivery ofhigh-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business value, and is heavily involvedin strategic and technical roadmaps and decision making.This includes defining the purpose behind the technical priorities, who is responsible for what,and when things need to be done. The role is responsible for prioritising and overseeing thebusinesses technical priorities and ensuring that the internal team can manage their tasks andresponsibilities.Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define and prioritise product backlogitems based on business values and customer needs.Articulate and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to the developmentteam and other stakeholders.Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear user stories, acceptancecriteria, and priorities.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product incrementsand releases.Participate in sprint planning, grooming, review, and retrospective meetings to refine andimprove the development process and support the engineering team.Active participant in Agile ceremonies.Make quick and informed decisions to resolve prioritisation and scope conflicts.Identify user needs and ensure the product meets customer expectationsContinuously gather feedback from customers and end-users to refine and enhance theproduct.Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the product remainscompetitive and innovative.Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborativeand empowered work environment.Requirements:3+ Years Experience as a Product OwnerTechnically strong with proven experience in Back-End EnvironmentsCSPO (Beneficial)#J-18808-Ljbffr
