To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled Head of Recruitment / Talent Manager with experience in the boatbuilding or large manufacturing environment and a strong technical understanding.Job Purpose:As the Head of Recruitment / Talent Manager at Two Oceans Marine Manufacturing, you will oversee the entire recruitment and talent management process from A to B. Your role will be pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to ensure our workforce meets the highest standards of skill and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the boatbuilding and manufacturing sectors.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.Utilise various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to source qualified candidates.Conduct technical assessments and interviews to ensure candidates meet the required skill levels and cultural fit.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions to ensure timely and efficient hiring.Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively into the organisation.Implement talent management strategies to develop and retain high-performing employees.Manage performance review processes, succession planning, and employee development programs.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and talent management process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and talent management records and reports.Desired Experience & Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in the boatbuilding or large manufacturing environment.Strong technical understanding of the boatbuilding industry and manufacturing processes.Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR information systems.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Qualifying Attributes:Passion for the boatbuilding industry and a commitment to excellence.High level of integrity and ethical conduct.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive and results-driven approach to tasks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective time management skills and well-organized.Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.Application: Please apply with your resume and a cover letter highlighting your experience in recruitment and talent management, particularly in the boatbuilding or large manufacturing environment, and your technical understanding.Note: If you do not hear from us, please consider your application unsuccessful.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From R1,00 per monthExperience:boatbuilding or manufacturing: 2 years (Required)recruitment management: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:HR qualification (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
