We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining store records, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with store staff to ensure smooth operation. The Store Administrator will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and expensesMonitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is availableHandle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional mannerEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresPerform routine store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing shelvesAssist with the implementation of store promotions and marketing initiativesMinimum Requirements:Matric or EquivalentPrevious experience in a retail environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and ability to multitaskFamiliarity with inventory management software is advantageousBehavioural Requirements:Honesty in dealing with cash and finances.Building & maintaining relationshipsInnovation & change managementThinking adaptabilityTaking ownershipProblem solvingTrustworthy and honestTime managementExceptional customer service#J-18808-Ljbffr
