Chief of Staff - Cape Town, South Africa - Initiate internationalWe have an exciting new career opportunity for aChief of Staff to join an international online gambling operator at their offices inCape Town.You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of organisational priorities.If you have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organisational performance, then this DescriptionWe have an exciting new career opportunity for aChief of Staff to join an international online gambling operator at their offices inCape Town.You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of organisational priorities.If you have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organisational performance, then thisjob could be perfect for youYour keyjob responsibilities as theChief of Staff inCape Town will include:Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiativesConduct regular briefings to the CEO on key developments, industry news, and competitor actions, with a frequency determined by the organization's needs and CEO's preferences (daily, weekly, or monthly)Drive bestinclass practices across the organization by researching, identifying, and implementing industryleading methodologies, systems, and processes to continuously improve efficiency, performance, and innovationOversee and manage crossfunctional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goalsServe as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective execution of prioritiesIdentify and resolve operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proactively addressing potential issues before they escalateProvide support to the executive team in decisionmaking processes, offering datadriven insights and recommendationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externallyAssist in the preparation and delivery of executive presentations, reports, and communicationsMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to the CEO and executive leadership teamLead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEORequirements for thisChief of Staff job inCape Town:Preferably an MBA graduate or other Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field that requires strong analytical and logical thinking, such as Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or FinanceAdditional certifications or coursework in areas that demonstrate leftbrain abilities, such as data analysis, project management, or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)Experience in any of the following industries: digital, ecommerce, ebusiness, Fintech, online betting, gaming, OR any other similar industry is preferredProven experience in managing crossfunctional teams and projects, with a track record of achieving resultsExperience in using technology and software solutions to implement best practices in previous roles is also preferredStrong business acumen and a deep understanding of financial, operational, and market factors that impact organizational performanceDeep understanding of business processes, automation, customer experience, and innovation to meet deliverablesFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools that emphasize systematic, datadriven approaches (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)If you wish to view additional Gaming, Betting, & Gambling jobs, please click through to ourjob section.Job Type:Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
