Job Description: The successful candidate will have experience in working on large, complex trials that encompass evidence-based interventions and include biological aspects around HIV treatment (or treatment as prevention). They will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of the research study. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Quality assurance of data Recruitment and tracking of participants as needed Establishing relationships with stakeholders such as healthcare clinic staff Stigma reduction training and intervention delivery as required Administrative tasks Daily planning and managerial tasks Completion of consent and study interviews as needed Staff supervision Job Requirements: Speak fluent English AND isiXhosa/Afrikaans Familiarity with communities in Cape Town area.
