The ideal individual will be someone who has previous experience within the financial services sector, someone who is results driven and able to collaborate well with others. Responsibilities: Preparation, review and submission of financial results of property subsidiaries Opening fund controls/journals including intercompany related journals Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory returns of property subsidiaries Confirmation of intergroup/related party balances Completion of annual financial statements for property subsidiaries in accordance with accounting standards Complete statutory returns for retirement funds Assist with ad hoc financial tasks Requirements: BCom/BTech qualification with financial accounting Minimum of 2 years' financial reporting experience within the Financial / Insurance industry Good technical accounting knowledge SAP exposure will be advantageous Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
