We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join our dynamic team and providesupport to our global client, the Ideal candidate will have experience in either non-tech or tech sectors.As the Senior Talent Partner, you will play an importantrole in the talent process, from crafting clear job descriptions to conducting thorough candidate assessments and client engagements.Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge tools and platforms for researching and engaging with talent across global markets. Your responsibilities will include: Take ownership of the end-to end hiring process, including the design of job descriptions, advertisement of new roles, management of inbound applications, sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates, closing and offer negotiations. Actively engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on candidate progress. Collaborating, partnering, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders throughout the entire hiring process. Source & engage exceptional talent across global markets. Ability to thoroughly assess candidates at screening stage or 1st interview.Deliver an amazing candidate experience. Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms. Manage complex closes for candidates across global markets. Work effectively as part of a team. Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client’s expectations. What we are looking for: Solid understanding of generalist recruitment, 5 years + experience within tech or non-tech sectors. End-to-end recruitment experience is a must. International recruitment exposure. Experience working with senior stakeholders. Strong ability in talent mapping across global markets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
