Your responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality low-code solutions using FlutterFlow. Understand business requirements and translate them into functional low-code applications. Customize and configure low-code platforms to meet project specifications. Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Continuously improve application performance and optimize code for efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging low-code platforms, and proactively suggest new technologies and tools to enhance development processes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Assist in growing and expanding the low-code development division by actively contributing to the recruitment process and sharing expertise in interviews. What do we look for in a great Low Coder (Minimum Expectations): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Low-Code Developer, with a strong focus on FlutterFlow. Familiarity with other low-code platforms is a plus (e.g., Webflow, Bubble.io , framer, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to adapt and learn new low-code platforms quickly. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers is preferred.
