What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) As the Project CEO, you will take charge of the project's successful execution from Financial Close through to handover to Asset Management. You will lead and manage the SPV team, overseeing the construction and implementation phases while ensuring adherence to the Project Charter and Governance Plan. Your role will involve steering project governance, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project milestones are met on schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, managing project risks, and handling contract administration. Additionally, you will oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance, and prepare for the transition of the project to the operational phase. What you'll need To succeed in this role, you should bring extensive experience in project management, particularly within the renewable energy sector. Proven leadership skills, a track record of managing complex and large scale projects, and strong stakeholder management capabilities are essential. You should be familiar with project governance frameworks, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies. A background in energy transition projects, coupled with a relevant degree and previous executive experience, will position you as a strong candidate for this role.
