Key Outputs:Ensure unit is providing safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with Clinical Governance strategyand evidence based practiceEvaluation of the patients journey through patient experience and stakeholder inputEvaluation of Theatre nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomesEffective communication with patients regarding their carePromotion of health and well beingEnsuring the principles of infection prevention and all standard precautions are adhered toPromote good public relations with patients, relatives and visitorsIdentify quality improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate strategy and Quality Improvementinitiatives are developed and measuredRequirements:SANC registered as a Registered NurseA relevant nursing qualification (Diploma in General Nursing/ B Cur Degree)Qualification in Theatre Technique Degree/Diploma.Diploma in Nursing Administration would be an advantage7 or more years of experience as a RN2 or more years of experience in theatre in a private hospital setting as Theatre Unit ManagerFirst preferance will be given to EE Candidates
