Experience in middle management, either Head of Department or member of a Pupil affairs committee is a pre-requisite. Furthermore, the successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to oversee many aspects of school life that compliments the academic programme of the High School. These key result areas include, but are not limited to areas such as sport, cultural activities, pastoral care, discipline, leadership programmes, transformation and diversity, social responsibility programmes and spirituality. The Deputy Head: Pupil Affairs must seek, through carefully designed programmes, not only to enrich the lives of our pupils but to also extend and challenge them.The Deputy Head: Pupil Affairs will report directly to the Executive Headmaster and take responsibility for leading the Pupil Affairs department.
