Job Overview: As a Senior Management Accountant within our Financial Operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing real-time financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the Group. Reporting directly to the Managing Executive: Financial Planning and Analysis, this role will involve extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders across all operating entities as well as external partners. Your primary focus will be on delivering accurate and insightful reporting to support the operations and improve financial outcomes, with the aim of enhancing business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Collaboration across departments and consideration of various context settings in financial modelling, campaign viability assessments and related operational recommendationsProactively identify opportunities across all areas that could lead to improved financial outcomes.Articulation of various findings and recommendations to key stakeholdersCoordination with Finance departments within the Group and external (partners)Maintain partner relationships in relation to Finance and billing related queriesReporting and analysis of sales floor related performance indicatorsEnhanced visibility of campaign level profitabilityLead analysis and insights around campaign-specific performance metrics and commission trendsDevelopment of entity-level projections and trend analysisProvide insights, analytics, and proactive recommendations related to sales operations and various business units.Development and maintenance of cost analysis and reportingDevelopment and interrogate of various business casesAid in the maintenance of salesfloor remuneration policies and automation of commissionTechnical Knowledge:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CIMA is preferred.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Analysis, Management Accounting, or a related role.Experience in the BPO, telecommunications or financial services is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsStrong presentations, communication, and reporting skillsPlease note that only suitably qualified candidates will be contacted.
