Hire Resolve's client in the Museum Industry is seeking a Security and Safety Supervisor to join their team in maintaining the security and safety of the museum and its visitors. Responsibilities: Supervise the security and safety team and ensure daily operation Develop, implement, and enforce security and safety policies and procedures Monitor and evaluate existing security and safety measures and recommend improvements Coordinate with external stakeholders such as law enforcement agencies and emergency responders Conduct regular inspections of the museum premises to identify potential security and safety risks Investigate security incidents and accidents and prepare detailed reports Provide training to staff and volunteers on security and safety procedures Ensure compliance with relevant security and safety regulations Stay updated with the latest security and safety practices in the museum industry Manage access controls and surveillance systems Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate emergency response protocols Collaborate with museum management to develop and implement emergency evacuation plans Requirements Previous experience in security and safety management, preferably in a museum or cultural institution Knowledge of relevant security and safety regulations Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in security and safety software and systems Certification or training in security and safety management is a plus Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training&Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
