Job Description:Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Financial Reporting:Compile monthly consolidated management accounts, conduct variance analysis, and provide detailed commentaryCollaborate with Operational Management to review monthly financial resultsDeliver weekly Financial-Operational reportsPrepare the annual consolidation pack.Draft annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS Accounting StandardsBudget Management:Oversee the annual budget processMaintain updated forecastsPresent *** budgets and project budget reportsTax Compliance:Manage all statutory submissions including VAT, EMP, income tax, provisional tax, etcCash Flow Management:Develop cash flow forecasts and oversee group cash flowsReview payments and authorize electronic fund transfers (EFTs)General Ledger and Sub Ledger Maintenance:Ensure monthly reconciliation of GL accounts, Accounts Payable, and Accounts ReceivableInventory Control:Coordinate quarterly stock counts and evaluate outcomesManage critical stock levels and optimize stock holdingMaintain standard cost calculationsInternal Control Oversight:Ensure effective design and implementation of internal controlsDocument Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide staff training as necessarySkills & Experience: 10 years of experienceAt least 5 years of experience managing a teamQualification:Degree SAICA articleCA(SA)#J-18808-Ljbffr
