Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting plumbing fixtures, bathroom products, and accessories to meet their specific requirements.Provide expert advice and guidance on product features, functionality, and installation.Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.Effectively manage demanding clients with patience and professionalism, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.Perform administrative tasks such as processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining showroom displays.Utilize computer skills to input data, generate reports, and manage customer information efficiently.Requirements:Minimum qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with demanding clients, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.Knowledge or interest in plumbing fixtures and products is an advantage.Staying up to date with interior design trends for bathrooms***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
