As part of their team, you will engage with an international customer base, contribute to the expansion of their bicycle insurance business, and champion their commitment to cyclist protection. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on bicycle insurance quotations provided by customers, guiding them through product features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Engage with customers to assess their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on available coverage options, effectively driving policy sales. Collaborate closely with team members to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey insurance information and benefits to an international clientele. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and foster lasting relationships. Stay informed about insurance industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications and Skills: Previous work experience with a proven track record. Minimum of a high school diploma, preferably with a bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated sales or equivalent experience with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to devise innovative sales strategies. Familiarity with insurance products and services is advantageous. Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the company. Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics. Access to personal transportation, with a preference for candidates residing in Stellenbosch or nearby areas.
