The candidate will also be responsible for the Business Development of the Corporate and Commercial practice. Furthermore, the candidate will be required to develop and transfer his/her knowledge and skills in this sphere to the junior members of the team. Qualifications LLB DegreeTax qualificationAdmission as an Attorney in South AfricaLegal Practice Council member in Good StandingAt least 5 years postadmission experience at a large, well-established law firm, or in the inhouse legal department of a large corporate group of companiesExperience in corporate and commercial law is essential, and particularly in drafting and reviewing contracts.Ability to conduct extensive research and having a detail-oriented approach.
