This exciting position will give you the opportunity to shape our client experience across all digital platforms for the largest digital bank in South Africa. You will be leading a team of UX Designers, UX Writers and Design System specialists. Assisting with recruitment and driving a world class user experience through Retail Banking. Job Requirements: Analytics background Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology Banking experience would be beneficial. Experience in client/user interface and experience design for web applications and mobile devices. 5 – 8 years’ experience as a Lead of client/user experience designers. Certification in Design Portal and dashboard design experience to ensure the solution meets client expectations Experience in interaction design and visual design through prototyping in an agile software development environment Experience in usability testing Passion for interaction design and animations Proven experience in coordinating activities across the AGILE life cycle.
