Guarantee constant coverage at the treatment desk. Distribute workload fairly and efficiently. Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and cleanliness. Resolve guest complaints with grace and effectiveness. Oversee staff safety and protective clothing adherence. Manage stock control for consumables, ensuring seamless operations. Perform daily room checks and therapist rostering . Handle cashing up duties with precision. Navigate the Schedule booking system with ease. Keep checklists updated , reflecting operational excellence. Process and pack online orders , coordinating with couriers. Maintain up-to-date online stock levels. Fulfill in-house orders for our exclusive Capri line. Essential Requirements: 2 - 3 years of experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist . Proven track record in a managerial role and people management . Computer literacy , especially in Microsoft Office . Qualifications in aesthetics (e.g., Masters Diploma in Aesthetician) and either ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP over and above the Aesthetics Diploma. A passion for healing and wellness . Fluency in English ; additional languages are a plus. Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills . Comprehensive knowledge of treatment procedures and products . Non-Smoker Own Transport Must be based / Live in the Stellenbosch region. Remuneration: A competitive salary range of R20,000 - R25,000 , commensurate with experience.
