Purpose Statement To create optimal, sustainable, resilient, scalable, cost effective and high performing IT Infrastructure services that meet the company’s vision and objectives Experience Minimum: 5+ years’ experience in business-critical database administration 3+ years’ experience in Level 2 – 3 database administration role Understanding of AWS technology Firm understanding of database migrations from and to SQL server is required Background in financial industry from an IT perspective Advanced troubleshooting Change management processes Developing and maintaining database environments Implementation of industry best practices and standards Agile Way of working (e.g. running a Kanban\SCRUM\Lean methodology) Ideal: 2+ years’ experience in leading a team of technical experts. Experience in scripting techniques.
