Reference: HL Consultant: Hanél Loubser Job Description: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in recruitment Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to exceedhr@exceed.co.za .
