Communicate changes to the Logistics Coordinator teams, ensuring best carrier match to customer requirements Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels Making transport arrangements, tracking and fixing transport errors and ensuring that the quality of all services provided are up to standard, Communicate tracing information (ETA and appointment) to the customer Planning of loadouts and allocating loads to specific transporters keeping vessels and stack dates in mind Communicating to pack stores and Logistics Coordinators regarding loadouts throughout the day Making arrangements and preparations for containers that need to be plugged till containers are stacked again Manage transport and equipment charges as identified Provide follow up communication to the customer Trace and monitor shipments to ensure on time performance and delivery to customer PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
