HEAD CHEF – Signature Restaurant (Stellenbosch Wine Estate)

Our client, an Award Winning and Signature Restaurant, situated on an upmarket Estate in Stellenbosch area, is looking to employ an experienced HEAD CHEF to join their dynamic team.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef, with at least 4-5 years Head Chef experience, up to date with international trends, with a strong background relating to upmarket dining experience, passionate about food and cooking, experienced in managing the kitchen operations in a high-end kitchen environment, quality driven, a leader, stable, able to perform under pressure with a passion for staff development.
The Key role will be to oversee and manage the Kitchen operations of this high-end restaurant, menu engineering, costings, waste management, recipes and inventory control, staff management & development.
