We are seeking an energetic individual with a diploma in cooking, minim 5 years experience to head up our kitchen. The suitable candidate will need to be proficient in stock control, menu costing and managing a team in the kitchen. They will need to coordinate a busy pass, be expected to prepare dishes and manage quality control. We are part of a group of restaurants where the menu is standard throughout the group. The candidate will be expected to have input into menu design for seasonal menus. Added advantage would be proficiency in Market man software and general administration. The Wine Glass is a wine and food concept and a sound knowledge of food and wine pairing would be a plus.
