We have the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and grow with our dynamic team!This role is based in Paarl, Western Cape.Main Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide daily support to regional managers and stock controllers, assisting with various administrative tasks and coordination efforts.Fleet Management: Maintain comprehensive vehicle and trailer asset registers, manage databases, oversee fleet operations, and analyze tracker data for optimal performance.Asset Control: Maintain fixed asset registers, allocate assets to specific regions, and report on the profitability and operational efficiency of these assets.*** Management: Ensure adherence to company guidelines for capital expenditures, maintaining accurate *** trackers.Allowance Reconciliation: Check and reconcile living out allowances to ensure accuracy and compliance.Overtime Verification: Verify submitted overtime hours against the number of erected boxes to ensure accuracy and fairness.Qualifications and Experience needed:BCom degree in financeProficiency in asset management and fleet control systemsPastel evolution is advantageousExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
