This position will work together with the rest of the Finance team to ensure efficient and effective Financial Service Delivery internally and externally. This includes providing specialist accounting services to other group companies forming part of the Hyperclear Technology group.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Accounts Payable Management:Own the processing of Supplier documentsOwn the reconciliation of Supplier AccountsOwn the creation of Remittance AdvicesManage payment preparation of Supplier Accounts and other Finance paymentsOwn Relationship Management and query resolution where relevantReport on supplier daysAccounting:Support reporting (Tax, Income Statements, Trial Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) as requiredProcess, recon, and update cash booksComplete monthly Cost of Sales vs Revenue analysis(JV1) Assist and participate with Management Account reporting where relevantAdministration:Update the short-term cash outflow forecastManage accurate and timely reconciliations for billing reports where relevantPrepare monthly required reports for the management reporting processAssist with general administration and documentationSupport efforts to automate and streamline financial processingPersonal Development:Continuously grow effective communication skills as per Cyberlogic ValuesCommunication (Written and Verbal) meets Cyberlogic StandardsMeets Development targets as set out in Development PlanDrives own personal developmentQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:Relevant Tertiary Financial Qualification 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Finance DepartmentBasic understanding of financial reporting, cash management, audit, and complianceIntermediate Excel skills Basic understanding of VAT processingIntermediate Xero Skills or similar Accounting SystemExcellent written and verbal communications skillsPrevious experience in an Asset Management System will be advantageousClean Credit RecordCompetent in MS Office Suite (Particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)OTHER REQUIREMENTS:You will be required to travel from time to time.
