If you are data savvy with Power BI this will count in your favour.Responsibilities:All Financial activities of my clients' brands and associated entitiesFinance department staff, including one Financial manager and currently 3 staff membersForecasting of all financial aspects for the business to support strategic decisions and directionDetailed data analytics to assist with detailed forecasting and measuring of business KPI'sCompliance to all business-related statutory requirementsAll Procurement functions, supplier contracts terms and conditionsFinancial planningPricing modelTaxCash flowInventory managementStock ordering processes, tracking and measurement of all elements from PO to deliverySupplier contracts and PerformanceCustomer credit agreementsCash flow forecastingHedging of foreign currencyRelationship with BanksBudgets and Cost controllingSpecial projectsOversee and review the following (under Finance manager responsibilities):Preparation of annual budgets and business forecasts as required (EBITDA, Cash Flow and Working Capital)Annual statutory audit process and ensure AFS are signed within 4 months of year end, by 30 June each yearImplement effective and relevant KPI's for finance teamPreparation of quarterly financial information for banks (both Opco and Holdco)Internal controls and proceduresDesign and monitoring of internal company policiesMonthly management accountsMonthly payrollStock control, regular PSI counts and activities to improve stock accuracyAuthorisation, review and approval of all expense and supplier payments (local and foreign)Monthly review of VAT & PAYE submissions to SARS within required deadlinesMonthly workday2 Flash resultsDaily and monthly cash managementImplement Stock control model and procedures to drive cost savingsAnnual BEE audits, FSC auditsIT activities and service contractsDrive cost reductions in business (frequent review of costs from clearing agents and suppliers)Debtors collection and ageingQuarterly Financial information for BanksCreditors and on-time paymentsInternal controls for all paymentsRequirements:CA(SA) with at least 8 years post Articles experience in the Commercial SectorPower BI / Data AnalyticsStock managementPlease note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
