Workforce Coordinator - Alice Springs

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting new opportunity has come available to join ARRCS as our Workforce Coordinator , supporting our three Alice Springs facilities . This busy and rewarding role will see you primarily preparing, updating, and amending facilities clinical and operational rosters. Rosters are on a fortnightly basis and across Alice Springs operations supports over 150 employees. In addition, you will provide administrative support for the coordination of staff training including clinical requirements and orientations. This role will also see you support in the lodgment and questions around timesheets and general payroll queries. To be successful in this role, you will ideally come from a rostering or scheduling background. You will be able to multi-task and be a process driven employee. You will have strong IT skills, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to pick up new, operational systems efficiently. In return, ARRCS are offering a full-time, permanent role with an attractive annual package including relocation support (if required) and salary packaging options. Skills&experience To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications: Demonstrated experience using effective verbal and written communication skills. Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload. Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment. Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications Confidence with smart phone and digital devices. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up new systems quickly. Previous experience in a coordination, rostering or scheduling position.
