KEY PERFORMANCE AREASGreeting customers and assisting them where needed.Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and suggestions.Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.Informing customers about potential costs.Communicating effectively with warrantees.Maintaining the service centre’s scheduling and workflow.Informing customers of changes in service, additional repairs required, price differences, or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.Ensure that job card has been completed fully including QC and washing of the vehicleArrange invoice and payment by clientEnsure that workshop reaches targets according to priority and customer requirementsAnswering phone callsSKILLSCustomer service skills: Able to deal with suppliers, provide estimates and schedule appointments, while being courteous and friendly always. Able to handle customer complaints diplomatically and politely.Communication skills: As a liaison between the customer and technician, be able to clearly explain the technician's repair recommendations to customers while communicating customer needs to technicians. Comprehension skills: Comprehend customers questions and concerns as well as what is being said when technicians give complex service recommendations.Motor and mechanical expertise: Able to look over complex technical documents, order parts and speak with technicians.Troubleshooting skills: Able to ‘think on your feet’ and quickly resolve issues.
