This is an exciting opportunity to join the Veritable team. This role is based in Alice Springs but there is opportunity for the right candidate to be based in Darwin. What’s in it for you? Up to $7,000 for relocation assistance Salary range $85,000-$110,000 Eligibility for scholarships&bursaries through NT PHN Full time role but flexible hours can be negotiated Monthly clinical supervision, including external supervision Professional development annual budget Wellness vouchers to support employee wellbeing ($500 pa) Six weeks annual leave What’s the role? Engage with NDIS participants, their representatives and support coordinators to make an assessment of needs, identify priorities for intervention and collaborate on the intervention plan Design a plan for appropriate interventions to improve the person’s quality of life, skills and capacities to meet their goals Provide therapeutic interventions directly with the participant, related to the practitioner’s scope of practice, skills and experience Evaluate the outcomes of interventions to ensure the participant’s goals are met and supports are effectively being implemented by those in the person’s support network; Collaborate effectively with other allied health practitioners to maximise agreed outcomes for the participant Is this the right role for you? Tertiary Degree qualification in Social Work with full registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers Experience working in rural or remote settings, and/or with young people and/or adults who have a disability Experience developing and implementing interventions within a holistic person-centred framework Commitment to professional development, supervision and reflection Current Driver’s Licence, NT Ochre Card and Worker Screening Checks Meet billable hours as per contracted KPI’s NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
