Camp Lucy, a Texas’ premier wine country resort, is seeking a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager forTillie’s Restaurant&Bar. This person should not only bring their talent but also their excitement to create an amazing holistic experience to everyone that walks through the doors. You will be a part of the management team leading the front of house operations for our highly stylized, ‘American Nouveau’ restaurant fashioned out of a 19th-century Vietnamese town hall with inspirations from around the world. This will be an exciting move for anyone and the beginning of many more opportunities to come within the resort. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations on-site at Tillie's Aid in ensuring proper practices for liquor, wine, and accountability Run the dining experience and ensure all customers are satisfied Lead service staff, bartenders, and bussers Assist in the development of the beverage program and service standards Develop programs for guest experience around the food and beverage areas Shape the wine menu with the management team Onboard and train new staff Ordering, Inventory, and weekly checks for the beverage program Candidate Qualities Personality and charisma Must be well-groomed and able to represent the company well Must represent self with the highest level of integrity while maintaining a service-focused approach Excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve and great time management skills Must be proficient in working on a computer, and ready to quickly learn event software programs Restaurant management or supervisorial experience Sommeliercertification is a plus Benefits Three weeks Personal Time Off each year 9 paid holidays Health Benefits - company pays 75% Dental and Vision Insurance Options Growth Opportunities Performance incentive bonus Discounts to Hotel and Restaurant including sister properties #J-18808-Ljbffr
