They offer stability, growth and a great working environment.Requirements: JHB Based (Woodmead) - Travel required within Gauteng5+ years’ experience in similar role or IT field (Preferably in an IT company servicing more than one IT environment)Own reliable transportIT Tertiary qualificationMS QualificationMatric / Grade 12 / National Senior CertificateVMWare / Hyper V / Office 365 Server experienceNetworking WAN / LAN and Wireless Backups experienceAdvanced Trouble-Shooting experienceHardware Installation, Remote Troubleshooting, Remote support experienceAll Elements of day-to-day operations including but not limited to.Networks & Networking support including Routers, Firewalls, Switches, WAN, LAN.Servers and server support including, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and any additional services.Hypervisor support for VMWare, including Physical HOST and virtual server support.Veeam backup and replication support.Desktop support (If / when required)End Users support.Software support.3rd party support for any 3rd party hardware or software.Proactive infrastructure monitoring and reporting.Ticket system required & AH support for users and systems.Alerts will be dealt with and resolved within SLA.Reporting will be provided against all infrastructure to ensure proficient stability and uptimeBeneficial:Certifications (including but not limited to MCP, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM)Degree/Diploma in a relevant field will be an advantage
