The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager, KwaZulu-Natal. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Warehouse Management, Distribution, or Logistics (NQF 6). Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehousing or Distribution/Logistics Management within a manufacturing environment. Experience ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant software. In-depth knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS AREAS Operational Efficiency: Achieve and maintain high levels of operational efficiency in warehouse management and distribution. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Order Fulfilment: Manage the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet or exceed customer expectations. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular operational reports. Cost Management: Contribute to budget preparation and control operational costs. Scrap Battery Management: Oversee scrap product collection and processing.
