Understand refrigeration cycles and technical data. Conduct complex diagnostics, repairs, and replacements. Embrace the latest HVAC/R technologies and sustainable practices. Plan and prepare teaching materials and identify learning outcomes. Assess and moderate student performance. Provide student support. Assist learners/employees in understanding materials. Prepare and update training reports. Align equipment and follow technical manuals. Qualifications: Diploma in HVAC/R. Industrial refrigeration mechanic red seal. Assessor and Moderator certification (NQF Level 4). Work Experience: 3+ years in HVACR industry. Experience in leadership facilitation and assessment. Familiarity with legislative and quality assurance requirements. Attributes: Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong people skills and ability to work under pressure. Motivated and confident communicator. Attention to detail and integrity.
