Position Requirements: Tertiary education: Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical) Minimum 5-year relevant work experience FMCG and/or manufacturing industry experience beneficial Bilingual: Afrikaans&English Position Responsibilities: Technical Project Planning: Prepare a project plan for each task and drive each task within scope of project Project Research&Design: Conduct in depth research with relation to project needs Project Commissioning: Ensure that all relevant parties receive effective training at the time of commissioning Procurement: Manage and control all stock, purchases, orders, and procurement of machine parts Contractors: Obtain the services of contractors&sub-contractors as required&compile contractual agreements Staff Management: Manage artisan and handymen tasks within the projects department General Admin: Create jobs on SYSPRO&obtain approval from Lead Project Engineer on job configurations Plant Facilities&Equipment: Repair and maintenance of all plant facilities, and surrounding areas of TS plant General: Follow any reasonable instruction from Plant Engineer, management and/or CEO This position will be reporting to the Technical Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
