Job Description:We’re seeking a Senior HR Officer- Change Management and Transformation- 12 Months Contract for a client to be based Pretoria(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Support the process of developing change management strategyProvide support in the development of the change management strategy and programmesProvide administrative support to the unitSupport development of change management materials, tools and content for GPAAFacilitate group sessions and discussions in workshopsProvide support is the development of change management initiatives (culture, behaviour, systems, organisational climate assessment)Assist in the implementation of the Employment Equity plan and administrative support theretoAssists in the successful business culture and transformationCompletion of forms and document claims, payment invoices and consultant fees relevant to the officeAnalyze data and drafting of reports for Change Management projectsResponsible for employee engagement programmesSupport the initial compilation of the Gender Equality and Job Access ReportsData capturing for Change Management projectsJob Requirements:Valid code 8 driver’s license.At least three (3) years relevant experience (specializing in change management and development interventions / project management in the public service) of which at least one (1) year was / is within the Change Management and Transformation environmentA Post-graduate qualification or equivalent with a PROSCI Change management certificate will be an advantageA three year National Diploma/B Degree or three year qualification in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development/ ManagementServices/ Human Resource / Social SciencesComputer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.Job Details:Company:Quest Staffing SolutionsVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:PretoriaApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
