Provide financial support to Bidvest Facility Management Operations, as well as responsible for Management Accounts and Internal and External Financial reporting.Management of the planning and scheduling of all resources to ensure work is executed in accordance with Engineering Standards, Service level agreements and also drive optimal stock level in the distribution facilities in accordance with Inventory management principles to ensure cost effectiveness of the entire operation.This includes exploring and seeking various workable commercial frameworks, work in collaborations with all the departments in reviewing, scrutinizing and developing efficient and effective systems and process flow. MAIN OUTPUTS Monthly Accruals, ensuring that all misallocations are corrected.Verify and resolve Balance Sheet items relating to the contractIncome Statement variance explanations.Provide financial support to Budget Holders in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Uploading of budgets and forecasts onto SAPProvide support to the business with regards to costing, financial models, and specific ad hoc projects when required.Take responsibility for ensuring that proper financial management and control is applied within the operation.Promote and develop a culture of performance resulting in growth and effectiveness.Assist with audit queries from internal and external auditorsLead change and support all strategic change initiatives and challenges arising in the department.Monitor and ensure regional on time service delivery as per SLA's or as agreed with ClientPro-actively interact and engage with the client to understand areas of improvement and ensure that turn-around times are shortened to the satisfaction of the client.Ensure relevant feedback, information and reports are prepared, submitted and presented to various stakeholders on all aspects of service delivery and profitability.Leading, facilitating, developing and implementing relevant resource management process improvements in order to achieve SLA targetsManagement of the regional store inventory, churn & asset (Tools & equipment) budget, ensuring that proper utilization of allocated budget and being able to provide valid variance explanation on P&L’s. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to financial management, controls and expenditure authorisation levels QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS The Applicant must meet the following requirements: National Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Finance, Resource Planning, or EngineeringMatricValid code 8 Driver’s licenseMinimum 5 Years in a Management position with exposure to planning, scheduling and finance management.Ideally have exposure to SAP maintenance management system or any other Automated Maintenance Management SystemProject Management Skills, Maintenance PlanningIMS (Integrated Management System), First Aid TrainingPlanning & Scheduling Principles, Logistics & Inventory Management, Basic Project ManagementBudget Management Asset ManagementFundamentals of Facilities Management Resource Planning /Logistics Customer RelationsMicrosoft Offices (Intermediate), Proficient in Excel/Access, MS office packagesMore Jobs at Bidvest Facilities Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
