Position: Parts Salesperson Industry: Automotive Location: Pretoria, Gauteng - South Africa Salary: Basic dependent on experience + Incentives + MIBCO Benefits (No Medical aid contribution) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Valid South African Driver’s License EB. Senior Certificate. SKILLS: Excellent communication skills. Able to take instructions and complete tasks. Work Independently. Take initiative without overstepping boundaries. 2 years’ experience in sales. EXPERIENCE : Some technical knowledge of trucks and bakkies. DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES : Must be able to perform various tasks such as: Provide excellent, helpful and professional assistance to customers. Interacts with customers face to face, process orders over the phone and internet Resolve issues. Effective communication over the phone is essential. Use phone calls to assist walk in customers, take orders. Help customers with accessory and OE choices. Receive calls from other local body and repair shops. Read catalogues to determine correct part stock numbers and prices. assist customers by identifying the right parts for their needs.
