In this temporary specialist role, you will play an important role in helping support the team through leading the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products and services across various digital fields, including EdTech and Artificial Intelligence. You will help to foster a creative and collaborative environment, spearheading design thinking initiatives and supporting the administration of an innovation product or service lifecycle.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the administration for assigned projects.Support the development and execution of product roadmaps for assigned innovation projects..Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring innovative ideas to market.Facilitate and lead design thinking workshops, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.Develop and present compelling pitches and presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives.Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Identify and mitigate risks associated with innovation projects.Analyze project performance metrics and recommend necessary adjustments for optimization.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the digital landscape.Foster a culture of innovation within the team and the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, Design Thinking or related qualification).5-10 years of experience in digital product development, innovation management, or a related field.Proven track record of leading and successfully launching innovative products and services.Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and experience facilitating design thinking workshops (a plus).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.Adept at problem-solving and resourceful in finding creative solutions.Prolific with creating clear, concise and engaging presentations.A passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a difference.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.Be a part of shaping the future of the company through groundbreaking new products and services.Work with a talented and passionate team.Note:This is a temporary position with a potential for extension based on performance and company needs.Skills Product Development Innovation Workshop Facilitation Management Market Research Analyzing Data#J-18808-Ljbffr
