Duties&Responsibilities The position involves overseeing franchise and driver performance, ensuring operational compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include understanding operational levers, training and enforcing SOPs, contributing to SOP improvement, maintaining service levels, monitoring branch adherence to agreements and KPIs, managing weekly KPIs, conducting audits, and traveling as needed. Additionally, addressing key branch tracking metrics related to driver growth, performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction, and compiling weekly reports for feedback and action are essential tasks.
