Expert knowledge and custodian of SAP MM/WM and other applicable applications in the MM/WM domain, including supporting utilities, related systems and Cross module integration and support Service Level Management – adherence to Service levels as agreed between IM (Information Management and its stakeholders Ability to identify bottle necks and assist in resolving such issues within SAP MM/WM and peripheral systems. Managing Customer Satisfaction Qualification: B-Degree / Higher National Diploma / B-Tech Degree (NQF7/10) in Computer ScienceSAP HCM certification will be advantageous Experience and Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience SAP support experience and/or SAP Trainer experience and/or SAP Super User experience – In the MM/WM space 6 years relevant experience in the specific Business Process environment Proven experience in MM/WM SAP ERP environment Thorough knowledge and application of SAP concepts Change management experience (SAP System, Process and User) SAP solutions Implementation - Migration and upgrade experience. Strong Project Management skills, specifically in Information Management space. Strong management, leadership and mentoring ability and proven experience. Extensive experience in all phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC), from user requirements gathering through design, development, and implementation/training Exceptional technical ability to disign, setup, installation, configuration and administration of IT and EUE related infrastructure Extended experience with SAP MM/WM fault finding and root cause analysis Business contnuity planning knowledge Proven experience in auditing legislative and/or regulatory compliance.
