Job brief: We’re looking for a results-driven solutions sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability for the business. As a B2B Sales Representative, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard. Responsibilities Include: Reach out to inbound and outbound prospective clients through cold-calling, email, phone, face-to face etc. to meet sales targets. Work the full sales cycle (discovery, product demos, negotiations) and close a high volume of annual software deals, training packages and customer success packages with mid-market and Enterprise prospects. Travel, meet and engage with customers via phone, email, messaging, remote sessions and onsite to consistently beat your quotas and generate and maintain a high volume of qualified pipeline. Coach customers at group level (Free ZOHO Meet-Ups nationally) to be product experts and train their teams on ZOHO best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient. Log all activity in ZOHO CRM, maintaining clean data and accurate forecasts across all your opportunities. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demo’s on products/ services. Negotiate/close deals and handle paperwork (e.g. quotes, invoices, orders). Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction and maximize cross-sell opportunities. Work with Customer Success to ensure that new customers you close have a smooth onboarding process and become long-term partners of DSL Telecom&ZOHO. Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions, defuse tension and pass on issues to Help-Desk or Customer Success when needed. Develop and maintain positive business, supplier and customer relationships. Collaborate with team to achieve better results. Report on a regular basis to management your sales activity, accounts status and possible issues. Achieve mastery of the ZOHO platform and become an expert in the SaaS space. Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends. Attend, engage, train and get certified on provided training platforms. Continuously improve through feedback. Requirements Communications or Marketing Degree or similar. Proven experience as a Sales representative or similar sales role. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Prioritizing, time management and organisational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships. Well *** in IT skills such as Microsoft office suite and CRM systems (Zoho CRM, SalesForce etc). Ability to prioritise own workload and work independently. Fully bilingual (English&Afrikaans or other Language). Bonus: Experience in selling in the SaaS space. We are open to local candidates only!
